How it works

Four steps from application to production

No lease negotiation, no build-out, no six-month permitting timeline. Most approved members are producing within a couple of weeks.

  1. Step 1

    Apply

Tell us what you make, how much you expect to produce, and where you are with licensing. It takes about ten minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Get approved

We review your products and paperwork, walk you through the kitchen, and confirm your permit and insurance are in order.

  3. Step 3

    Book by the hour

Reserve the station you need in 60-minute blocks, up to 60 days ahead, from your member dashboard.

  4. Step 4

    Produce

Show up, work in a clean licensed kitchen, and go sell. Storage add-ons keep your ingredients and product on site between sessions.

Stations you book individually

Every station is priced on its own, so a decorating session doesn't cost what a full production run does.

What we’re not

This is not a hot-line kitchen

We do not have a commercial range or exhaust hood. The kitchen is not suitable for frying, grilling, wok cooking, or savory hot-line production.

We built this kitchen for a specific set of businesses and equipped it well for them. If your menu needs a range, we’ll tell you honestly up front rather than take your money for a space that can’t do the job.

  • Frying, grilling, or wok cooking
  • Savory hot-line and restaurant prep
  • Anything that needs a range or exhaust hood

Questions

The things people ask first

All frequently asked questions

Do I need my own food license to use the kitchen?

Yes. We are a licensed shared kitchen facility, but each business operating here needs its own license or permit for the products it makes, plus a food manager or food handler certification as required for your operation. Most of our members are permitted through FDACS. We review this during the application and can point you to the right agency, but we can't operate under our license on your behalf.

Can I fry, grill, or cook savory dishes here?

No. We do not have a commercial range or exhaust hood. The kitchen is not suitable for frying, grilling, wok cooking, or savory hot-line production. If your menu depends on a range, fryer, griddle, or smoker, we are not the right kitchen for you and we'll tell you that honestly before you spend time on an application.

How does booking work?

Approved members book by the hour through the member dashboard. Sessions run in 60-minute blocks with a 2-hour minimum and a 12-hour maximum per session, any hour of the day, seven days a week, up to 60 days in advance.

What happens after I apply?

We read every application ourselves. If your products fit the kitchen, we'll email you to schedule a walkthrough, review your license and insurance documents, and go over orientation. Approved members get dashboard access and can book their first session right away.

Is there a long-term lease or contract?

No lease. Pay As You Go members have no monthly commitment at all. Monthly plans bill month to month and can be changed or cancelled with notice: you are never locked into a multi-year commercial lease.

What does it cost?

Rates are being finalized and will be published before we open in November 2026. The model is set: an hourly rate per station with no monthly fee, monthly plans that bundle included hours at a lower effective rate, and storage billed separately as an add-on. Waitlist members see the numbers first.
